At Isla Campbell, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
Right of Return
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
This right of return applies to all orders from Isla Campbell.
How to Return
Returning items is easy! If you are dissatisfied with your order, received the wrong item, or received defective or unsuitable products, please contact our customer service team at service@islacampbell.com for return and refund assistance.
Steps to return your order:
1. Email service@islacampbell.com to register your return.
2. Our customer service team will send you a return form.
3. Return the items and email the return tracking number to service@islacampbell.com.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: Return shipping costs apply even for defective products and are to be paid directly to the shipping carrier.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item(s).
Conditions for Returns
* Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
* We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift Cards
* Bikinis
Order Cancellation
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it.
To request a cancellation, email us at service@islacampbell.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After this time, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can still return the order after receiving it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help!
Please contact service@islacampbell.com immediately for assistance with returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
